That sense of connection when you walk into an ancient woodland and you stop because you feel something observing you, then you meet eye to eye in mutual stillness.
I learnt recently that Mycelium forms a 'wood wide web' of fungal connectivity below the surface of the ground linking the trees together in communion and cooperation. Established trees send water and nutrition to new saplings - a web of nurturing.
Imagine you could see this lit up under your feet.
I want to walk in the wood more consciously and respectfully than I do.
